The importance of ‘the talk’
Okay, so it may not be as ominous as I’ve just made it all sound.
But I wanted to discuss the importance of the comprehensive chat between freelancer and client. You know when you send in a request, and then we either ask you to fill some boring piece of paper in, or you send us a brief? Yeah, that chat.
The chat that is going to shape the work that we come up with.
And, I know, it’s a little annoying. Because we freelancers have a lot of questions for you…
How long do you want it to be?
What’s the tone of voice?
Who are we writing for?
What platforms will this be distributed on?
Tell us details about your company
This is just a few of the questions that we may ask or need more information on, and it may seem like a lot. But it’s crucial for us to really understand what you want, and how we get it.
The best route to success is to find out anything that we possibly can, and then using that to our advantage.
So we’re sorry for the oodles of questions, but bare with us because it’s our best way to get the results you deserve.
